These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Yep Reviews (“Platform”) and any related services provided by Yep Reviews (“Services”). By using the Platform or Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Eligibility: You must be 21 years of age or older to use the Platform and Services. By using the Platform or Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

User Content: You may create and share content on the Platform, such as comments, reviews, and ratings (“User Content”). By sharing User Content on the Platform, you grant Yep Reviews a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such User Content in connection with the Platform and Services.
You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to share your User Content and that your User Content does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Use of Platform: You may use the Platform and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to use the Platform or Services:

In any way that violates any applicable federal, provincial, or international law or regulation;

To engage in any fraudulent or unlawful activity;

To impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;

To upload or transmit any viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful code;

To collect or harvest any personal information of other users.
Yep Reviews reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform or Services at any time, with or without cause or notice.

Intellectual Property: All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Yep Reviews or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content on the Platform for any commercial purpose without Yep Reviews’ prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Platform and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Yep Reviews does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the Platform or Services, and shall not be liable for any errors or omissions in such content.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Yep Reviews be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Platform or Services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Yep Reviews and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Platform or Services, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Modification of Agreement: Yep Reviews may modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised Agreement on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform or Services after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
